  • 1 part lime juice
  • 1/2 part thick agave syrup
  • Red chilli salt

About this cocktail

The Daisy is our spin on the classic margarita that delivers the rich flavour of Bushmills with the satisfying sweetness of pineapple. Have one on hand for a hot summer day.


Pour Black Bush in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and thick agave syrup. Shake until frosted, typically for 10 seconds. Coat the rim of the glass with red chilli salt and strain over fresh ice.
