Original Sour
Ingredients
- 2 parts Bushmills Original
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- ½ part sugar syrup
- ½ part egg white
- Few dashes of orange bitters
- 1 part lime juice
- Lemon peel
About this cocktail
A classic favourite. Made to sip and savour.
Directions
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds, and strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a lemon peel. Enjoy!
