Bushmills Sour
Ingredients
- 50ml Bushmills Black Bush
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 4 dashes Angostoura Bitters
- 1 Egg White
- Ice
- Lemon Twist to garnish
About this cocktail
A classic favourite. Made to sip and savour.
Directions
Add Black Bush, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into your glass and garnish with lemon twist, to serve.
