- 1.5 parts Bushmills Original
- 1 part fresh lemon juice
- 1 part honey syrup
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
- Lemon wheel

A perfect blend of lemon, honey and mint for just the right amount of sweet and sour.
Directions
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain over fresh ice.
